Lavie Maison Chic Sauna Hot Tub

Positive: The location was great and accessing the property was very straight forward. Negative: We were expecting a higher quality for the amount we paid per night. I had a hot tub on the first night and noticed a lot of brown/black flakes floating around the water after the jets had been on. Mould? Dirt? I'm not sure but no-one had a hot tub after that. Not clean. My son put his pyjamas on top of the cupboards in the bedroom and when he pulled them down, they were covered in thick dust. I had a look at both rooms above the cupboards and both covered in thick dust. Hadn't been cleaned up there for a long time. The kettle lid isn't secure and needs to be replaced, the pots are poor quality and have wobbly handles and feel like they could break easily. The bin in the bathroom is broken and surely very cheap to replace. There are stains on the sofa and the towels are thin and cheap. Lastly, the soundproofing is terrible and we heard thudding feet up and down from above quite late into the night. It's a shame as the location is incredible and the photographs make it look very high end but in reality, it's very basic quality and poorly maintained. Two bedrooms without windows is pretty depressing too.

Short and sweet. Positive: The location couldn’t be better, central and easy to reach everywhere else by foot or train. Bathroom was also really nice. Negative: Wasn’t the biggest space which is to be expected with such a central location.
