Au top pr un super court séjour à Paris! Positive: L emplacement et la sécurité la propreté les équipements de l appartement et le calme Les échanges très réguliers fluides et faciles avec l hôte Negative: Seul la tv était en anglais mais nous n avons pas eu le temps de vraiment la regarder

Positive: The location is perfect.

Hard work because the managers of this apartment don’t really care. Wire ties holding shower fittings says it all … ! Positive: The location was great. The accomodation two bedrooms two bathrooms. That’s good value on the surface. However many flaws. Negative: Broken fittings in both showers. No ventilation in bedrooms. Difficult and tedious access… 700 m walk ! There is a laundromat next door where a key box could be installed ! Convection microwave over heated due to poor installation … no air movement around the microwave. Crockery plates difficult to access due to high placement of overhead cupboards. Incorrect wifi password. No booklet in the apartment to explain things. Robotic answers to texts. All of these complaints I have photographic proof. This really spoiled our visit to Paris. We have been to Paris several times.

Excellent and would return! Positive: It was clean and fresh and bright. Great location and easy to find with so many options nearby for food etc Negative: There weren’t enough shelves to put away clothes/things. But this didn’t really matter for a short stay.

Good location but some major issues. Positive: Good location for central Paris and a good selection of restaurants and bars. Also the support service (by phone) by the Lavie Maison team was attentive, but ultimately didn’t really solve the problems. The apartment was very clean with nice towels & bedding. There was an en-suite shower for each bedroom. Negative: The apartment is the ground floor of a large stone courtyard building, so there is limited natural daylight. More importantly there is no 4G/5G signal so WiFi is essential- BUT the WiFi wasn’t working. The admin team tried to get engineers to fix it for the 4 days of our stay but without a result. They put in a 5G box but that barely had signal so we couldn’t do anything online from the appt or use the TVs. Also when we arrived the key fob wasn’t where it was meant to be and we were waiting 1hr 45m in the street before a new one was delivered. Lavie Maison gave us a small refund, but very inconvenient.
