Don’t reccommend Positive: Just location Negative: When we came the place was very dirty. Bedding on the floor and smelled. Not changed. The apartment is in the ground floor, door to the street. There is no ventilation. You can’t open the window and the place is super small, looks much bigger in the pictures. So when you cook or take a shower… everything smells. The sofa is super uncomfortable. The host was responding very fast and tried to fix it but it didn’t help how we needed. There were the things what you can’t fix. Only good is location.

Viel zu teuer für das was es ist, Zimmer entsprechricht überhaupt nicht der Anzeige! Negative: Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, dementsprechend ist die Wand unter dem Fenster neben dem Heizkörper verschimmelt. Das Bad war nicht geputzt, es stand Wasser auf dem Boden. Es wurde gesagt, dass wir Zimmer bis 16 Uhr bezugsfertig ist, als wie um 17 Uhr ankamen war weder das Bett bezogen noch sauber geputzt. Personal ist sehr uneinsichtig. Das Zimmer entspricht absolut nicht der Anzeige, Abzocke!!!

Бюджетный классный вариант для недлительного пребывания. Positive: Пять минут море, супермаркет, трамвай. Все есть для жизни. Negative: Реальность слегка разнится с фотографиями на сайте. Было плохо убрано после последних жильцов с собакой. Диван пах ею же и все было в шерсти. Так же совершенно неудобно с разложенным диваном — нужно было переползать его или каждый раз складывать. Вся безопасность — в тонкой двери и тонких окнах прямо на первом этаже. В принципе круто, но далековато от шума (центр, рестораны) и не очень удобно для отпуска с морем. Так же от кондиционера странный запах.
