Well maintained apartment in historic building on the ground floor with a brilliant use of the space available. Perfect Positive: The location in a very quiet courtyard was perfect. Looks like an IKEA display room which is perfect because the space utilization was brilliant. Perfect for a solo traveler but perhaps a bit small for a couple although possible. Often the kitchens and showers in Paris rental apartments are very small, here however the kitchen is amazing and the shower is very large. Everything is present and functions. The stone walls are amazing, however the stone floor can feel cold so bring slippers or heavy socks when it is colder. Very close to two metro lines, many restaurants and a Monoprix directly across the street. Easy access when checking in with the option of leaving baggage prior to checkin. That was very much appreciated. Negative: Cannot recall anything I did not like

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it. Positive: There was always assistance immediately when needed. Very clean. Had everything you needed and the location is excellent. At the same time quiet in a court yard.
