Lavie Maison House in the Marais Family with terrace

Secluded apartment in heart of the Marais Positive: Fantastic location, central but quiet. Tasteful modern furniture & style. Great bed & good wifi. Close to shops, cafes & supermarkets. Negative: Initial access to property difficult as key had not been left in Keynest as advised. Required numerous phone calls & messages to get key. Disturbed on first morning by cleaner knocking loudly & repeatedly & insisting that I vacate (I was booked for 4 nights) Hot water in shower ran out every day before I could finish showering.

Enjoyable but too small for more than two people. We had a wonderful time in Paris Positive: Great location. Very clean facility. Compact but contained everything you needed. Negative: Check in was six blocks away from apt and we were not notified of this until 24 hours before. No manual or guide in apt to help with heating, stove, TV, coffee machine etc. No direct sunlight. All windows were opaque but apt was not dark. Well lit apartment.

A beautiful apartment with a bit of green space (outside patio). A bit small, but great location. Positive: Location was tremendous, and the host did respond promptly to my issues and questions. The apartment was clean, and we liked that it was a ground level apartment (no stairs to climb). The water pressure in the shower was good, and it was a rainfall shower so that was nice. Negative: It's a bit of a pain to have to walk 10 minutes away to the Fran Prix supermarket to collect the keys, especially with heavy luggage in tow. Also, the WiFi wasn't as great, and it impacted my work for part of the time. A technician did come in to fix, and that helped. Finally, there were no explanations on how to work the microwave/oven, and heating system. We did figure out the microwave, but not the heating system, so it would get warmer at night and we'd wake up in the middle of the night, which impacted our sleep.

Отлично Positive: Отличные апартаменты, удобное бесконтактное заселение. Персонал оперативно реагировал на просьбы, были проблемы в Wi-Fi . Район отличный, много разных заведений, магазинов, но сами апартаменты находятся в тихом дворе. Есть вся необходимая посуда, если нужно что-то приготовить.

Struttura curata, soggiorno piacevole e tutto conforme alle aspettative… da consigliare! Positive: L’appartamento è in una posizione davvero strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi ci sono ben tre fermate della metropolitana e la via principale è ricca di negozi, fruttivendoli, boulangerie e supermercati, rendendo tutto facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone per 10 giorni e l’alloggio al piano terra si è rivelato molto confortevole e ben organizzato. La cucina è completa e permette di preparare pasti veloci, la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice sono state davvero utili, il divano letto è molto comodo e la connessione Wi-Fi sempre veloce e stabile. La pulizia era impeccabile, con ogni ambiente ordinato e curato, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il patio coperto, all’interno di una tranquilla corte condominiale dove passano solo occasionalmente alcuni vicini, è stato il vero valore aggiunto: arredato con amaca, tavolo, poltrone e divanetti, è stato perfetto per mangiare o rilassarsi all’aria aperta durante tutto il soggiorno estivo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo contrattempo con la serratura, ma il problema è stato risolto immediatamente senza alcuna interferenza con la nostra vacanza, dimostrando grande efficienza nella gestione della struttura. Elettrodomestici nuovi, ambiente pulito e curato, spazio esterno piacevole: nel complesso un soggiorno davvero gradevole e da consigliare. Da italiano, avrei solo apprezzato una pentola leggermente più grande per cuocere la pasta.😊 Negative: Avrei gradito un paio di cuscini extra per sprofondarci ancora meglio e magari un piccolo angolo dove sistemare le valigie. Il lettore DVD e la piccola collezione di DVD sono carini, ma nel 2025 non è indispensabile.
