Ruhige, gute Lage. Wohnung weist Mängel auf.
Positive: Gute Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nähe zur Metro, ruhige Wohnung.
Negative: Die zu engen Schlafzimmer, herunter gerissene Vorhänge, fleckiges Sofa.
Es scheint wenig Interesse am Zustand der Wohnung vorhanden zu sein.
Nur ein Schlüssel für die ganze Wohnung, wenn man bedenkt, dass 6 Personen drin sein könnten.
