It was just excellent. We will be back. Positive: Had everything we needed. It was perfectly located near Saint Sebastian Froissart station, the supermarket and in walking distance to many attractions. Negative: Nothing to mention.

I highly recommend it. Positive: The apartment was great and clean. It has everything we needed. The location was great. Every time we had any question, we were answered. Negative: We missed the house cleaning.

Positive: L'agencement, l'emplacement, les kit mis à disposition, la facilité de la remise des clés, la communication Negative: Les lits étaient un peu petit et il faisait froid dans l'appartement. Les chauffage d'appoint électrique ne suffisent pas pour chauffer toutes les pièces jusqu'au salon.

Cute flat in great location Positive: Great location, easy walk to restaurants and bars we wanted to visit and a nice (20-25 min) walk to Notre Dame. Great local bars and restaurants in the area too. Close to metro and bus lines to main stations so really easy to get around Paris from here. Negative: Nothing really within the control of the hosts. The area is busy, and the flat is ground floor, so if you are not used to city noise or busy streets, this may not be for you.
