Positive: Wonderful location and very well appointed. The sauna is a nice touch to unwind after a busy day in Paris. Really close to bus stops and great restaurants.
Negative: We had three people and it was tight.

Great location in a cosy place
Positive: What a great location and contact with a host! We had a fantastic run in the morning with empty Louvre and Notre Dame views. Proximity to many good restaurants (including Michelin star right at the corner).
Negative: After three showers we ran out of hot water 🤪 advise is to take shorter showers :-)
Maybe more sturdy entrance door would be better for colder season.
