Positive: Amazing loction for price Negative: Too little space for luggage traveling as 2 and needing both beds

Positive: Cleanliness, good furniture, TV-plasma, shower, kitchen. Negative: 0 noise suppression. You can hear all the neighbors, the door has gaps, since it's right on the street without a hallway it is very loud and disturbing. The floor is cold, mind taking slippers with you. There was no liquid soap container, only regular. No hot water in the wash basin.

Me fascinó, espero volver pronto Positive: Es muy céntrico, me encantó el lugar y cerca de todo. Cuando digo es todo es todo, lo recomiendo. No tienen que subir escaleras, cuenta con lavadora pequeña, cocineta, baño, calefactor, TV con cable, muy aseado. Muy funcional. Negative: No tengo quejas, 100 de 100.

Positive: Nice location, Great amenities BUT Negative: It was super dirty, the walls and the doors was black from the stains. Our pillows has black spots and hair on it right from the start of our trip. I don't recommend it. It is super dirty. Probably they don't even change sheets, because they didn't smell fresh clean. The pillows definitely was used.

To sum up, I think around €800 would be a reasonable price for this accommodation. Overall, it’s good and I would recomm Positive: The place is in a great location, beautifully arranged, and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Negative: The only downside of our stay was that we had issues with the heating. The AC didn’t work properly and wouldn’t heat, so it was cold at times. The bathroom radiator also didn’t work. Another major concern was the entrance door, which didn’t seal well and let in a noticeable draft, bringing cold air into the room.
