Lavie Maison Petite Studio

Positive: Good location, and the place was clean - certainly compact as the other reviews state, but well laid out. Negative: Unfortunately I had a very poor experience and had to switch properties on day 1. The heating was not working in the property (after also arriving in the rain to the door code being incorrect), I messaged the team to which I recieved a few replies then nothing for hours - I had to chase with more messages and call 4 times. After much unnecessary back and forth it was advised they would leave a space heater at the place that night - for the price paid, this solution (and the uncertainty of how the accommodation would be for the rest of the trip) this simply was not good enough. And since I was in and out of the place due to work appointments - I had to leave the property and pay for another hotel round the corner so that I could be sure I would return to a comfortable place to sleep that night. The property refused my request for a refund, so whilst I understand that certain things are out of control - how it was all dealt with left me no choice but to leave this review.

Ne pas être claustrophobe ! Positive: L’emplacement est chouette, le mini studio est propre. Negative: Le coin couchette est tres désagreable, il n’y a que 40 cm entre la tète et le plafond ! On ne tient pas assis . Le canapé est inconfortable et on ne peut pas ouvrir de fenêtre. Les nuits sont tres bruillantes, la porte du studio en rez de chaussée donne sur la rue. L’annulation à mon arrivée n’a pas été accepté par le propritaire malgré mon mecontentement de devoir rester 5 jours dans cet endroit.

Buena desicion si vas a Paris!!! Positive: Tiene todo lo necesario para un viaje de turismo y que solo vas al hospedaje a descansar , tiene todo, recomiendo este hospedaje al 100%

Positive: studio was in a great location, super easy to access main attraction, neighbourhood is lively and safe

Buen lugar Positive: Ubicación. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario. Negative: La cama está en un nivel superior, es difícil para personas mayores. Faltan instrucciones para usar la lavadora
