Normal Positive: Limpeza e todas as comodidades inerentes Negative: TV no quarto sem funcionar… nem cabo de antena tinha O extrator demasiado barulhento e não extraía fumo Janela da cozinha com “segredo para fechar” Falta local para secar louça

Refúgio confortável e muito bem localizado com bom custo benefício Positive: Bem localizado, a poucos metros do metrô que liga a toda Paris, aquecimento de calefação maravilhoso, cama confortável, roupa de cama excelente. Perto de supermercados, farmácias, Normal, padaria na esquina, Pâtisseries e restaurantes (tem um Bouillon a poucas quadras), shopping próximo (15 min de caminhada) , e o bairro é muito vivo, ritmo acelerado e vibrante. Anfitrião sempre muito atencioso. Negative: Um pouco apertado para 3 pessoas, mas estava claro o tamanho, outro ponto foi o barulho da vizinhança as vezes era incômodo, mas isso não tem haver com o imóvel. Fica numa rua com muitos salões de beleza e o prédio da frente tem movimentação de madrugada, as vezes carregando cargas, depende do sono de cada um.

Tiny apartment for a couple Positive: No keys needed, only code-locker. A lot of technique. Welcoming set with coffee/tea, dishwashing/washing machines tablets. Clean at all. Bed linen is clean. Negative: Foldable coach was partly broken, a few boards was missing. No place for outerwear some useless blueboxes with a plastic glass on the wall. No bulb at the floor lamp in the living-room, small lamps in the bedrooms doesn't work. Mold in the wardrobes and bathroom cabin. Boiler is leaking and there was a puddle all the time. Strong draught through the windows despite ventilation present, no soundproof through it, like there nothin between you and the street, curtains is helpful but they closing the heating and windows are fogging up. Also poor soundproof of the entrance door, you hear all that happen like there's no door at all. There's a washing machine but no place to dry it.

Très apprécié Negative: Petit souci pour ouvrir les fenêtres en grand et la lunette de WC, qui est pas très bien fixée. Vraiment un petit souci.

we liked the apartment but frustrating to enter and the drainage from the shower was very slow. Negative: Hopeless Instructions sent by booking ,com for entry were incorrect containing 1 mistakes Had to ring the number given and receive a whatsapp picture. They were informed of the errors.
