With a bit more attention to cleanliness and layout, this place could be a real gem. Positive: The apartment is located in a cool and lively neigborhood with easy-going vibe—great for exploring local cafés, restaurants and shops but also not far from the city center. The amenities were good, and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay.We also liked that it had a small outside area, nice for relaxing coffee or breakfast in the morning. Negative: The floor was (still) dirty and the kitchen cabinet tops weren’t clean—there were visible marks from being wiped with a dirty cloth. The bathroom is nicely equipped with a good shower and jacuzzi bathtub but some floor and wall tiles were broken and showed signs of accumulated dirt. The bathroom felt quite big compared to te rest of the apartment and we felt like some of the space could have been better used—perhaps a closet or storage area instead—so there would be room to hang clothes or store suitcases. The apartment feels a bit cramped when the sofa bed is unfolded, requiring the dining table and chairs to be moved so you can no longer sit with 3 people at it. Also, the mattress of the fold-out sofa bed was not great and is in need of replacement to avoid back pain.

Moyen Positive: L’emplacement Negative: J’ai réservé pour la climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné la dernière malgré la canicule. Le service client n’a pas apporté de solution correcte

Buen barrio Positive: La ubicación en un barrio con mucha vida, bares y restaurantes. Parada de tranvía cerca. Tiene un baño grande y moderno pero le falta algún acabado. Negative: La habitación es muy pequeña, para aparcar es zona de pago y hay pocos sitios, parking de pago cercanos pero caros.

Positive: El departamento es bonito, estaba limpio, está bien ubicado y tiene una cocina completa. Cuenta con lavadora/secadora. Negative: La cama es muy pequeña y la pieza no tiene ventanas (solo hay espacio para la cama). En el verano se podrían instalar mosqueteros para poder abrir las ventanas y no tener problema con los mosquitos. Los vecinos fuman bastante y el olor a cigarro entraba por la ventilación del baño.

Positive: Hemos viajado en familia desde España a pasar el fin de semana,puedo recomendar gratamente este alojamiento. Todo ha sido perfecto! Limpieza, comunicación, ubicación genial,etc. No nos faltó de nada y hemos disfrutado la estancia tal y como la planeamos. Si viajas a Burdeos es ideal para tu estancia.
